The story behind Style Boss…
I am a Freelance Fashion & Celebrity Stylist, and Fashion Editor of music magazine House Of Solo represented by The London Style Agency.
I started my Fashion Styling career over 10 years ago in Sydney, Australia. I was managing the fashion cupboard for ‘Shop till you drop’ magazine, and I really believed I had made it.
After working there for 1 year I felt ready to take on the world, and rather boldly packed my life up, and moved to London to put to practice what I knew… only to learn I didn’t know enough for the real world of styling.
Trying to map out the way to get my foot through the door was not that easy but the joy has certainly been in the ride.
I made a commitment to one day teach all that I learned and open the world of styling to aspiring stylists as I’d wished when I began.
I broke into the saturated industry in London, and have since styled music videos, red carpet events, advertising campaigns, cover & main fashion story editorials. My work has been featured in numerous publications including Vogue, l'officiel, ELLE, Schön! & Harpers Bazaar.
My mission is to teach aspiring stylists the practical skills needed to make it in the real world as well as create a friendly, supportive stylist society that will push and encourage members to find their way in the well-known competitive industry.
